# How to View and Download Your Donation History on Do Donate

> Access your full donation history on Do Donate, download PDF receipts for tax purposes, and review every campaign you've supported over time.

Every donation you make on Do Donate is recorded in your account so you always have a clear picture of your giving. Your donation history lets you review past contributions, download PDF receipts for your records, and keep track of the campaigns you've supported over time. You'll need to be logged in to access this section.

## Accessing Your Donation History

    Visit [dodonate.com](https://dodonate.com) and sign in using your email address and password, or through your linked social account. If you don't yet have an account, donations made as a guest are not saved to a history — create a free account to keep a permanent record of your giving.

    Click your profile avatar or name in the top-right corner of any page. Select **Dashboard** from the dropdown menu to open your personal giving overview.

    In your dashboard, select **Donation History** from the left-hand navigation panel. This opens a full list of every donation you've made while logged in to your account.

## Reading Your Donation History

Your donation history displays each transaction in a table with the following columns:

| Column       | Description                                                                  |
| ------------ | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Date**     | The date and time the donation was processed                                 |
| **Campaign** | The name of the campaign you donated to, with a link to its page             |
| **Amount**   | The donation amount, including the currency                                  |
| **Type**     | Whether the donation was a one-time gift or part of a recurring monthly plan |
| **Status**   | The current state of the transaction — Completed, Pending, or Refunded       |

You can sort the table by any column and filter by date range to narrow down your history. Use the date filter to pull up donations from a specific month or year, which is especially useful at tax time.

## Downloading Receipts

Do Donate generates a PDF receipt for every completed donation. To download a receipt:

1. Locate the donation in your history table.
2. Click the **Download Receipt** icon in the row for that donation.
3. A PDF receipt will download to your device immediately.

Each receipt includes the campaign name, organizer details, donation amount, date of transaction, and a unique transaction reference number.

  Receipts are also emailed to you automatically at the time of each donation. Check your inbox for an email from Do Donate — if you can't find it, check your spam folder and add [noreply@dodonate.com](mailto:noreply@dodonate.com) to your contacts to ensure future receipts are delivered.

## Tax Deductibility

Whether your donation qualifies as a tax deduction depends on the registered status of the campaign organizer and the laws in your country or region.

    Some campaigns on Do Donate are run by registered nonprofit organizations or charities. Donations to these campaigns may be tax-deductible in your jurisdiction. The campaign page will note if the organizer is a registered charity. Your downloadable receipt will include the organizer's registration details, which you can use when filing your taxes.

    Many campaigns on Do Donate are personal fundraisers created by individuals — for example, to cover medical expenses or support a family in need. Donations to personal fundraisers are generally **not** tax-deductible, as the recipient is not a registered charitable organization.
