# Manage and Update Your Do Donate Fundraising Campaign

> Edit your campaign details, post updates to keep donors engaged, and track donations and milestones from your Do Donate campaign dashboard.

Your campaign dashboard is the central place where you manage every aspect of your fundraiser. From here you can edit your campaign details, post updates, review donations, thank your supporters, and control the status of your campaign. Keeping your page active and up to date builds donor confidence and encourages repeat giving.

## Editing your campaign

You can update your campaign details at any time after publishing. To make changes, navigate to your campaign and click **Edit Campaign**. The following fields are all editable:

* **Title** — Refine your campaign name to better reflect your story or current situation.
* **Story** — Add new information, clarify your need, or share how progress is going.
* **Goal** — Adjust your fundraising target if your circumstances change.
* **Cover image** — Replace your photo or video with a more recent or relevant one.

Changes take effect immediately and are visible to anyone viewing your campaign page.

## Posting updates

  Post an update at least once a week to keep your donors informed and engaged. Campaigns that communicate regularly tend to attract more repeat donations and shares.
</Tip>

## Viewing donors

You can see a full list of everyone who has donated to your campaign from the **Donors** tab on your campaign dashboard. For each donation you'll find:

* The donor's name (or "Anonymous" if they chose not to display it)
* The donation amount
* The date and time of the donation
* Any message the donor left with their contribution

Use this information to track your progress toward your goal and identify your most engaged supporters.

## Thanking donors

Showing gratitude encourages donors to stay connected to your campaign and share it with others. To send a thank-you message, find the donor in your **Donors** list and click **Send Thanks**. You can write a personalised message that goes directly to their inbox.

You can also thank all of your donors at once by posting a public update — a great option when you hit a milestone or want to acknowledge everyone's support collectively.

## Closing or pausing a campaign

If you've reached your goal, your campaign timeline has ended, or you need to temporarily stop accepting donations, you can manage your campaign's status from the dashboard.

* **Pause** — Temporarily stops accepting new donations while keeping your campaign page visible. You can resume at any time.
* **Close** — Marks your campaign as complete and stops accepting donations. Closed campaigns remain visible as a record of what you achieved.

To change your campaign's status, go to **Campaign Settings** and select the appropriate option under **Campaign Status**.
